I went there to have my teeth examined, and instead she barely even looked at my teeth. She did not address my immediate problems but insisting i have lot of problems and was also insisting getting cleaning up done...she did not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is, and was screaming at me over the phone when all i was thinking was to take an appointment. She did not listen to me but was only complaining and arguing about me being non-compliant with her instead of trying to correct the situation. Instead of addressing my apprehensions, her attitude came across as very rude and rigid. Overall a horrible experience.

Unlike other dentists that rush into procedures, Dr Halthore took time to explain my condition and the remedy and did the necessary procedures effectively. There was no waiting time. Atlast, i had a pleasant experience with a dentist.
The reception area doesn't seem to be modern but hey we mostly go there to see the dentist and so i give Dr.Halthore 5 stars for her great work.
