They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is generally friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I had one bad experience because they couldn't/wouldn't tell me what they expected from a procedure. It left me feeling very unnerved and scared, though, they did end up doing very good work. The one visit I had for my daughter was bad, bad, bad. Am desperate to find another pediatric dentist for her.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
