I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice, but just to confirmed an appointment that I made previously.

They told me a little advice about what I could do at home to prevent cavities, but not enough. I was hoping for more information. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They are also unorganized, I waited over an hour after my appointment time, while they searched for my patient record which they misplaced.
