I had a good experience here. Went in for a cleaning and check up and they were really sweet and took me in right away. I didn't have to wait too long. Nice staff, dentist (Jacobs Sr.) was kind and patient with my questions. Prices are a tad inflated but then again I don't have insurance so what can you expect. They did suggest a payment plan and honored the 20% first time visit coupon from their website (print and bring it in).

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed.

I highly recommend this dental office; I’ve been going to Family Dental for the past 10 years and would not change them for any other dental office. The staff and doctors are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home and always keep the appointments on time, I never have to wait. My two kids have never been afraid of the dentist because they are all very gentle with us and is a very clean office.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. This has been my family dental office for over 20 years! I recommend them very highly! Filling out this questionnaire is a pleasure.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
