I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

The first time I went to the office they did not clean my teeth. The person that refered me to them told me this is not the norm. My plan was to find another dentist. A year later the office manager called me and informed me that they had not done a cleaning at my last visit and would I like to come in for a cleaning. At this point I was do for more than just a cleaning. I put it off and eventually scheduled an appointment to include x-rays and a mouth exam.

I was told I needed quite a bit of work and was sent to the front desk. The girl at the desk told me she would see how much was covered by me dental plan (which is excellent) and get back to me. It's been 2 months and I've heard nothing, so I've found another dentist. I also have reason to believe that they are not being honest about my diagnosis.

I called the friend that refered me and guess what? Her family is looking for another dentist. It seems she has had an issue with the Office Manager.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
