They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.
