It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member.

My husband went in to get a cap done and after paying them several hundreds to do this they sent us another bill for $300 more stating our insurance wasn't going to cover the rest. (this was even after they told him the several hundred we paid upfront was the only cost) I got the bill in December and 2 weeks later received a collections call charging me an additional $50!!! I got one bill from them and they sent us to collections and we were told there is nothing they can do about it. All they want is your money what a terrible company.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about.

Not really, it wasn't very clean

Definitely, it was nauseating

Definitely not, I almost choked
