They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

Dr. Lindenmuth has been my dentist for 8+ years and our family has never had a bad experience or an insurance/account problem. In fact the office manager has saved me many headaches by calling my insurance for me to find out what my plan covered. Because of my many years as a patient, they even worked with me when I couldn't afford to pay everything upfront a couple times. The office staff are fabulous! The hygienist are gentle and friendly; the front desk is helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Lindenmuth and his assistant work efficiently together and take the time to explain everything. The whole staff gets along and makes it enjoyable to go to the dentist. Even my kids like going and visiting Dr. Lance.

This is the best dentist I've ever been to. They were punctual, warm, non-threatening and fun. They are very down-to-earth and personable.
