.I had to wait an entire hour to be seen. After that, Dr. Washington examined my mouth (for gum issues) for about 2mins., and then made some recommendations. Thank goodness I got a second opinion! I called the office 2 times, requesting a written estimate from my visit and never heard a thing. They did send recommendations to my primary dentist, but that was it. They NEVER contacted me. Five months after the visit, I received a bill in the mail from them. After doing some research, I found out that Dr. Washington charges $ 70.00 more than other dentists for a simple visit that includes no x-rays or anything. It cost over $150 to be seen by him. I wish i would have done my homework. Please go see Dr. Kazmer in Cary instead. he has a great team, office and is very efficient.

The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
