There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
I had a crown and it had to be replaced 2 years later after my regular dentist and hygentist saw the work. Dentist commented,"The crown was poorly done and needs to be replaced." I had to go back a couple months later to have her replace it again. I am so unhappy and I am unable to eat. I need another crown and will not be returning to Cunningham.
