They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying 4;the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive.
