Watch this place. I left them because of three things.
First, they try to sneak-in a double billing for work. We CAUGHT them doing this twice. It's a hassle to constantly watch for this. They reversed it both times when we made an issue, but after it happened the second time, I will NEVER believe it was an accident. Why can't the office manager be honest.
Second, the dentist comes in, starts the job, then sends in one of his "assistants" to finish. The assistant is NOT a dentist and at the time she worked on me I know she wasn't licensed and was not "good". She's probably trained and licensed now. It took this one girl about three hours to do what should have been a one hour job. I still have pain from that tooth. I have visited dentists for many years, NEVER, NEVER, have I seen when any of the others have one of their staff finish a job. I'm not talking about basic "cleaning", I'm talking about restorative work. I just wish I had filed a complaint with the ADA at the time it occurred. I don't like paying for somebody getting ON THE JOB TRAINING on my teeth, not when I and my insurance company are paying top dollar.
Third. They will "ESTIMATE" one price for the work and then, (it appears to me) jack-up the price after it's finished. I had a 1000 dollar estimate jump to almost 1500 dollars. At NO TIME during the three or four visits did they warn me the job was too difficult for them. A 40% "mis-estimate" tells me they didn't know what they were doing in the first place;(or in my opinion, cheating) I think the EXTRA charge for the extra time spent by the unlicensed, incompetent girl doing the work, which took three times what it should have been. I don't expect to pay for a Cadillac and drive away in a Chevy.
My suggestion; stay away from this guy if you want to keep your cash or if you don't want to pay three times, twice for his work, a third time to go to someone else to fix the problem.
