I just recently visited the Lenoir office, I was in love with the mooresville office and Dr.Patel himself. However, my visit to the Lenior office was the worst ever. When I arrived I was happy to see the same nurse from the mooresville office. But the woman at the front desk was so uninterested in My personal appointment that I immediately became defensive. I was called back in a hurry but everything was fast. They put me on an I'v and doctor Kenish proceeded to cut out my bottom wisdom teeth. Then I was rushed out with only a pain medication and the gauze that he had placed in my mouth. THey rushed me out so fast I didnt get a copy of the paper letting me know how to care for myself or my teeth, my medicaide card or a antibiotic. I then got home and had to call 12 times before finally getting an answer. Then a week later ( now) i am in soooooooooo much pain and have an infection in my mouth, I called 10 times this morning after an inial call about the pain, the woman working at the desk didnt even remember that I had just called hours earlier. This is bad when a dentist cant even answer the phone. I know i may not be typing to well because of all the pain meds i have been taking the past couple days but we rely on these ppl to do the best they can to help us and when they brush us off because we are on government help programs its bad, when they give us half ass service and dont care how we turn out. I think my jaw is chipped, i now have an infection that they cant do anything about until they reopen in 3 days, and strep throat. so i give the lenior office a freakin 0

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current.
