Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. I have gone here since i was 5 years old. I am now 30 and take my children here as well. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Vicki is wonderful as are all the assistants. Dr. Braddy is simply the best.

Absolutely! It looked brand new

I took my 8-year old son to see Dr. Braddy today for the first time, and we were very impressed. Our regular dentist was closed for the week due to the holidays. My son had a baby tooth that refused to come out, and the new tooth was painfully pushing the old one forward and straight out. Dr. Braddy worked us in quickly and was so very nice. My son was a bit nervous about having the tooth extracted, but Dr. Braddy put him right at ease. In a matter of minutes, he had the tooth out, and we were on our way.

I highly recommend Dr. Braddy for his caring manner and professionalism.
