I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They are gentle and careful while they were flossing and performing other work on my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. Dr Hardee and the staff have worked with me, even on-call appointment to help correct any problems with my dental work.
