There's a new office person who is pushy and rude but doesn't have a clue about how to do paperwork and gets your dentalwork confused with other people. Got my charges wrong and then when my refund came back from the insurance company where I'd vastly overpaid she didn't want to send me the money but wanted me to leave it there for future work. I don't think so.
I love Dr. Ziglar, he does good work but it's not worth putting up with her.
