They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. The staff is incrdibly rude and they treat everyone like we are on uneducated on welfare.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. The office was easy enough to find. My teeth cleaning was very uncomfortable. I feel like a lot of the pain I experienced could have been avoided if they had been more careful.
