They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

Everyone was genuinely friendly and personable. First visit was x-rays and general exam so they could see the condition of everything before cleaning, etc. X-rays were reviewed with me and explained. Second visit (teeth cleaning) was thorough, but quick. All visits they took plenty of time to let me know what they were doing, why they were doing it and to answer any questions I had. Offices are comfortable, nice and very clean. Highly recommend Dr. Matthews.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
