Dr. Brooks and her staff & very professional, friendly, & they always value my time by making sure that I don't wait longer than 5 minutes when I arrive for an appointment. Their office is conveniently located in the University area, so it takes me just minutes to get there from work.

They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
