I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
