It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure here. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. The assistant forgot to do a process correctly resulting in expensive restorations and complications. If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. The dentist was friendly at times. They weren't overly nice, Always tried to do procedures that where not really necessary, and treated me roughly at times..... awful experience indeed.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

They were qualified and knowledgeable, but kind of made me feel stupid.

I could see they've been doing their job well for quite a while, but still could not make me feel at ease.

They were late a few times to my appointments, and i was usually at lunch break so i had to rush back to the office. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time.

One thing I didn't like while I was there, was that they pressured me too much to get dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary. It made me somewhat suspicious of their motives.

While the facilities were very nice and the location is great, this was by far the worst experience of any kind within a doctors office I had. The staff was excellent and all to helpful so I was very optimistic about the whole thing, only when I actually spoke to the dentist did everything sour. I had a badly absessed tooth that allowed me one hour of sleep though I tried for nine. When I told the dentist (who by the way wore a facemask the entire time making me feel like I had some highly contagious disease) she simply replied well you should take some advil and didn't want to prescribe any pain medication. Also she informed me that she was not physically able to perform a simple extraction after the infection was gone and reccomended that I see an oral surgeon for the tooth to be removed. Upon talking to other dentists they were all too happy to do it with no anesthetic for a quarter of the cost. My reccomendation to anyone thinking of going to her would be to look elswhere I left feeling demoralized and in pain. We pay doctors and dentists goodoney for their services and I think the least we should get in return would be to be treated like a human being.
