I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I love Dr Perkins and his staff. They are always attentive to my child's needs. My son is very difficult at the dentist office and they are always patient and loving with him. I would refer anyone to him.
