Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients.
