Don't go to him!!! My son is absolutely wonderful with dentists and doctors and has always had everyone talk and talk about how impressed they were with this little boy. We went to Dr. Rosenberg and my son was being as great as ever - smiling and relaxed...until the moment the doctor stepped in. The entire atmosphere changed and barely speaking he grabs my sons jaw roughly and starts jabbing around. We went to him because he specializes in KIDS. What a joke. He was rude, short, and acted put out to be with this child. Of course my son gets scared and then started crying. He's been to other dentists - that is the only time he's cried. Years later we need to see a specialist and I was going to give Rosenberg another try - hey maybe he had a bad day. But when someone overheard that we had to go to a pediatric specialist in Joplin, they immediately said - "Whatever you do, don't go to Rosenberg - he's a jerk and not good with kids." Well...if that doesn't say it, I don't know what does. It's bad when you would rather travel an extra two hours to see someone else. Maybe Rosenberg can read this and get a clue or stay away from kids.

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.They had plenty of kids games and toys too keep them entertain my kids didn't want 2 leave and always begging to go back. The kids also got a free light up toothbrush , toy of choice and sticker for being good! It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

This dentist and his staff were awesome. My kids said that he was the best dentist they had been to. I love that the office is so laid back and everyone is happy and helpful. Thank you Thank you

Recently my family has dealt with Dr. Rosenburg, and I was disgusted and appalled. Their staff as well as the doctor were rude, short tempered, and uncompassionate. The dental work itself was shoddy, and has had to be repaired by another dentist. The staff is short on the phone, and unwilling to work with their patients. Going to the dentist is often scary enough for a child, there's no need to make it worse by an unfriendly staff. I wouldn't suggest this dentist's office to anyone. If you want quality care and quality work, go somewhere else!
