The doc made sure every single question I had was answered, but the staff wasn't always as nice or cooperative . His staff wasn't friendly enough, and they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I hate it because my daughter did like the doc.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They showed me a 3D model of how my teeth should look after the braces, so I have a good idea of what the results will be. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad.
