They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
