Bob Bono has been my dentist for over 30 years. I truly believe that his practice is the best in the KC area. Their treatment is thorough and they are very mindful of patient comfort. They excel at patient education to help the patient pratice good home care.

Extremely unpleasant experience not with Dr. Bono, but with his staff. Unbeknownst to me, I had a balance that my insurance company did not cover of slightly over $100. Rather than call me directly or notify me by mail, they contacted a law agency who in turn sent me a threatening letter. When I called the office back for an explanation, the secretery, Laura, was extremely rude and wouldn't even listen. I was confused, surprised, and very hurt...needless to say will not seek their services again and discourage friends...
