Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure. The service was impeccable and they were so caring. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all.

We waited to get into his office to get some expert advice on my wife's skin condition and he didn't take time to listen to her. She was upset when she called me and when we finally got the prescription (which was illegible) we realized that she had this medication already and it didn't work. What a waste of time! Does anybody out there know a dermatologist that still cares about skin?
