Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle.

Not really, I was given a couple tips but not very many

Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule

No, they were polite

No, I wasn't impressed

Absolutely! It looked brand new

We set an appointment almost 2 months in advance so I would have time to set it at my job to get the time off that I needed and at the day before the appointment THEY call and cancel it for me. Because they had set up to many appointment. I am a working man. I need to keep appointment that is set, and set them around my work. ANY WORKING PARENT KNOWS THAT. I would NEVER EVER attempt to set another appointment with them. I am very very upset with them.
