All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure.

We have used Dr. Donald Jump for about 40 years. He is an excellent dentist and painless too! He performed a root canal once and there was no pain to speak of. He was always kind and considerate and his charges were very reasonable.

They've never used foul language. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here.
