The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients.

They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly.
