The care and surgeon himself was wonderful. The people running the front desk and doing billing were awful. They misplaced some of my information so I had to fill it out twice. My bill was sent to the wrong name which caused my insurance to deny the claim. I finally got it all figured out with my insurance and now, six months later, they say they were never paid and that they had been sending me invoices (I've not recieved a thing). Again, the actual treatment was great but not worth the headache.
