They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I believe Dr. Mashni may very well be a skilled and very proffessional, yet I felt that he did not make eye contact and did not ask if I understood my condition, or why he chose not to give me an anti yeast med, but wanted me to get over the counter. So I felt rather brushed off.

They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

I have a couple of issues.
The wait time (in the waiting room) to see the Doctor on my couple of visits has been an hour or more. When I phoned in my request for a prescription I have to jump through way to many hoops just to leave a message. Still waiting after four days for the script to be phoned in to my pharmacy.
