Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. The toothpaste that they used during my cleaning did not taste good at all. I couldn't wait to spit it out. The cologne they wore was absolutely terrible and almost unbearable. They should have considered their clients before putting it on.
