I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. You would expect a pediatrician to be kid friendly but they weren't at all. The wait to see the Dr is always over an hour good luck if your child is impatient it is a nightmare visit every time at this place.

My family loves Dr. Reinhart Ever since i had my daughter 12 years ago she has been in the BEST of hands.
I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I know that I can always trust them to have my child's best interest in mind. They've always put my child's needs first. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community. Every parent I know thinks very highly of them.
