I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
