They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The ruined 1 of my teeth completely then told me it needed a cap. It was a horrible experience and a waste of almost a thousand dollars

The dentist is very good. The short blonde haired woman at the front desk is extremely rude!!!! She told me to be back for a same day appointment no later than 4. So, I arrived at 3:35, told her I was there for my appointment, and she answered me like I was stupid. She said Oh, you are too early. I had already said to her right away, I know I am alitte early but finished at another appointment and didn't want to drive all the way home. She still insisted on pointing out I was early, what a joke!!!

Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

One particular receptionist at the front desk is VERY rude. Unfortunately, I don't recall her name, however, she has blond hair cut short. I've noticed this behavior with her on more than one visit. Other members of the staff are friendly and very helpful. I also found the dentist to be very efficient. However, after my dental work is completed, I will not return to this office. Also, I referred several people to this dentist office, and all have called me and complained of this woman's attitude. Several saying that they choose to go somewhere else. Today I had an appointment at 2:40PM. Because of circumstances that I could not prevent, I was 20 minutes late. Understandably, I was told by this woman that I might have a substantial wait. That was fine. She went on to say that my wait was because I was late and other patients hide been on time. I had already acknowledged and apologized for being late and found it completely unnecessary for her to take it any further. I have been very pleased with the dental care I have received at Metropolitan Dental. However, because of this woman's disregard toward me as a patient, I would never recommend it to anyone again.
