I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Wonderful dentists! We live in Farmington Hills and it is worth the one hour drive to go to here.

I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on, but i still haven't gotten my request of massage chairs during my hygienist visit--haa. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They had quite a few interesting magazines, but I'm much more impressed with the quality of the dental work, my crown has lasted a long time, and the caring staff and dentists. I used to dread going to the bi-annual dental visit, but never since switching to Linda the hygienist and Dr. Searls!
