I haven't been extreamly impressed by Dr. Gardners office. Unfortunately this practice is the only all female OB/GYN in the area. They came highly recomended to me, but, like i said... not all that impressed.
When i'm there i feel like i'm just a number and not a patient... I wish they would spend more time explaning things and asking questions instead of just assuming they knew everything that was going on with me.I have a hard time trusting their medical oppinion...there has been several times that i have had to correct them on medical information they have kept on me. They need to spend more time with their patience and find out what is really going on with them. I had said something to Dr. Gardner about this before, but I didnt see much of a difference in my following visits.
I am looking for other options as far as an OB/GYN goes, it's just unfortunate that Dr. Gardner's office is the only all female practice in the area.

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Yes! It was effortless!

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I have never had them cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They are very encouraging, polite and courteous; also friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to make me feel right at home and comfortable.

I waited forever for my appointment!
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
Yes, it was downright irritating!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office?
Not at all; cheap and plastic
