One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office and have a beverage. practice. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Dr. Zaki takes alot of time with all of her patients. I don't mind waiting my turn, because I know that I am getting the best care out there. Her new sleep lab is great! It was like going to a hotel. The tech Roger made me feel comfortable and I immediately wasn't nervous anymore.
