They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

My Mother was treated by Dr. Ilercil for meningiomas. His office was neat, clean and easy to find. His staff were courteous and respectful. Dr. Ilercil acted professionally, listened well, was courteous and spent a great deal of time with us, answering questions and drawing diagrams, etc., until we completely understood and no longer had questions. I recommend him and his office staff to anyone who needs the services offered there.
