As always I was greeted with a friendly smile and taken back to my appointment on time, which is very important with my work schedule. The girls there always explain thoroughly any questions I have and the doctor finishes up my appointments addressing any concerns. It was the one part of my day with no hassle or confusion, straight to the point and a smooth appointment.

Dr. Gaston is the best! I live in Ludington where there are a lot of dentists, but I drive out to Muskegon to see Dr. Gaston. He's worth the drive!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I have never been more confident with my smile . Beth and the rest of the staff sure knows how to make you feel welcome and important.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. I LOVE the massaging dental chairs! Very nice staff.

I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. Sometimes I'd ask a question, it seemed like he was annoyed and just forced to answer questions.. The people working for the dentist are all pleasant and helpful, but the dentist himself appears to have some kind of mood swing. I noticed that in some of my visits he seemed to be friendlier and cheerful but on some occasions he is rough and not friendly. I understand he is busy, but he should really treat his clients better all the time. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
