They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite.
