Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
