I love Dr. Azzouz and his staff. They are extremely friendly and very professional. Although they are far away for me I don't mind because is great service. I'm extremely afraid of dentists and since Dr. Azzouz knows this, he's always making sure that I'm comfortable and calm while he works on me. Since my first visit, I came back home and referred all my family to him and now all of them go to see him as well. I do not plan to change dentist as long as Dr. Azzouz is around. My daughter even wants to become a dentist now. THANK YOU, GRAND RIVER FAMILY DENTISTRY FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICES.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They are very friendly, they get you in and out of that office very timely.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

Let me just say that their waiting room is quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I was very happy about the cleanliness and neatness of the entire facility. Additionally, I enjoyed how well staff and customers were treated.

Dr. Abraham Azzouz and his staff are very professional, helpful, friendly, and thorough. Good dentists (and dental office staff) are hard to find! The experience- from scheduling the appointment to cleaning to fillings to payment - was as pleasant as it could possibly be. I had NO pain while getting my fillings done and was in and out. I would recommend him to all of my family and friends.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
