I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure.
