They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

I have known Gr Clague for years and he and his staff have always been most kind, informative and felpful with myself and my Granmother whi is now 91. She would not consider going elsewhere. I wish more medical offices worked this way.
They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd get an attitude with me. I have a perscription that NEEDS(not an addictive drug) to be filled and they refuse until I see the doc. However, when I call to make an appointment the woman is extremely rude. They told me I could not push my appointment back from 11:30 to noon because they go to lunch, however I ended up sitting in the waiting room until quarter after noon.
