I am confident that they are using the latest treatment methods. The waiting room is comfortable and clean. They never cancel their appointments at the last. I can always count on them to be there for me. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The restrooms were clean and well-stocked. Doctor Kopel takes a personal interest in me and takes a long-term approach to my wellnes and listens carefully. I see staff members occasionally in the community. They always know me and remember my name.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was impressed with the doctor, as he listened to me and really wanted to help. All my questions were answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
