They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I found that the practice was extremely dentist centered. Everything including the policies regarding cancellation and the mandatory confirmation before the appointment were designed to make it more convenient for the practitioner. What a joke. She left me with several huge cavities that the specialist saw with his naked eye only 2 months after my checkup. Those did not occur in 2 months. She does not read xrays that she charges the insurance for.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

No, it was rather cramped

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many.

Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!
