I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
